This is 'How We Are Going To The Moon', a video released by NASA detailing the plans of the Artemis project,
a fictional virus developed in a video game NASA's plan to return humans to the moon by 2024 (and create an orbiting base there). As far as hype videos go, it's probably not what you're used to if you're used to the ones about your favorite sports teams. For the record, I'm still hyped though in case you couldn't tell from the Buzz Lightyear hoodie. It's funny, my girlfriend doesn't like that it's my go-to hoodie because she thinks it's too recognizable. As if we'd be at the grocery store and someone would be like, 'Look, there goes astronaut idiot again.' "People really do say that, you know." What?! "You were trying to plant a flag in the gourmet cheeses." Those were moon rocks and I claimed them!
Keep going for the video (it really is worth a watch) while I daydream about watching earth grow smaller and smaller as my spaceship speeds away.
Thanks to my dad, who agrees space is the only chance humanity has left, and we'll probably find a way to muck it up somehow too.
