Thieves Use Excavator To Rip Entire ATM Out Of Wall

April 10, 2019

This is some security cam footage from Dungiven, Ireland of a group of thieves who stole an excavator from a nearby construction site, then used the piece of heavy machinery to rip an ATM out of the exterior wall of a gas station and drop it into the hole they cut in the roof of their getaway vehicle. Clever. And by clever I mean with the amount and time and effort they put into this robbery they probably could have been well on their way to earning the same amount legally. I mean you stole a gas station ATM, you didn't rob the Bellagio. Just draw straws and whoever draws the short one has to sell a kidney. *criminals turn around, lift shirts* Okay, I see we're past that.

Keep going for the whole three minute video.

Thanks to Jeffrey S, who agrees with those excavator skills at least one of this criminals could be earning an honest living.

    They likely will be caught.

Wow... "Nine ATMs have been stolen in eight separate incidents here this year, with the police stepping up their surveillance of cash machines in a bid to catch those responsible." https://www.belfasttelegrap...

Those concrete block deturants they used, can be easily moved by an excavator, might buy 1 minute of extra catch time, maybe.

  • Jenness

Did they get caught, or did they get away with it? 1) If they got caught they're idiots but 2) if they got away with it, it's kind of impressive. Funny how that works.

No way to know if it's the same thieves in all cases, coincidence or copycats, but according to the article I linked in my other comment, nine ATMs have been stolen in eight separate incidents there this year, with this one being the most recent happening last Sunday.

This is the sort of thing you can pick up in a few minutes unless you're a complete moron, of course.

And a van with an ATM sticking out from the roof.

  • ChungLingSoo

YEAH! That's the way you do it!

I'm using that method the next time I lose money in the gumball machine at my grocery store.

Money for nothing. Shiny bracelets for free.

I prefer using my card when withdrawing funds.

I basically earn almost $6,000-$8,000 every 30 days over the internet. It is actually a sufficient amount to certainly replace my old jobs income, mainly considering I just simply do the work approximately 20 hours in one week in a home office.I ended up losing my job after operating for the same organization for a long time, I required very trustworthy earnings. I was not researching for programs that promises to make you rich in just few days you can find all over the internet. Those all are type of ponzi mlm programs wherein you need to first create prospective buyers and then sell a product to friends and relatives or any person to make sure they will be in your team. The most exciting part of working on the internet is that I am always home with the little ones and also enjoy lots of free time with my family members in various beautiful beaches of the world. Honestly,it is easier than you would believe, all you have to do is fill out a simple form to obtain front line access to the Home Profit System. The guidelines are really simple, you don't have to be a computer whiz, however you should know how to use the net. It is as easy as being on Instagram. Here's the simplest way to start ->
