Video Of Supercar Going From 0 - 250MPH Back To 0 In 37 Seconds

October 6, 2017

This is a video of a Koenigsegg Agera RS supercar going from 0 to 403km/h (250.4MPH) and back to 0 in 37.28 seconds. Impressive, although I definitely think they could have shaved some serious seconds off the 250MPH back to 0 time with a really sturdy wall.

Keep going for the video, actual cockpit view of the trial begins at 1:50 (the rest is just buildup).

Thanks to dublooner, who I suspect is either a pirate or coin counterfeiter.

    Skip the 1st 2 min.

Cool until you get a ticket. "You were going 250mph in a school zone." Pretty sure that's prison time.

    Complete with inertial dampeners?

  • TheQiwiMan

Elon Musk kinda ruined these kinds of videos for me now, since his Ludicrous Speed out-performs these dudes.

  • GeneralDisorder

The P100D in Ludicrous mode will not beat the Koenigsegg Agera (or Agera RS or Regera or any recent Koenigsegg) on any race... except maybe 0-60.

The Koenigsegg One:1 will walk a P100D like a turbo Hayabusa walks a BMX.

Even the 2002 Koenigsegg CC8S would be ahead of a P100D on the quarter mile.

Granted if you throw handling into the mix it's like comparing apples to black holes. The Tesla is black hole. Black holes are large, heavy, unwieldy things that don't steer well. Apples can turn rather easily.

Based on an in-depth analysis of the P100D with Ludicrous Mode in... Forza Horizon 3... It does okay when the top speed of 168 isn't a factor.

  • GeneralDisorder

In the real world any speed over 110 mph or so is just dick waving.

  • infi_nitive

Waving at it or with it?

  • GeneralDisorder

    At and with.

  • Dao

Hey hey HEY, don't go bringing logic and fact to an internet discussion. You can get in trouble for that.

  • Jean-Michaël Dubé Miousse

no way a tesla can go 250 mph, I mean on the first 75, maybe 85 mph okay the tesla is faster after that its just bye bye.
