Man With Jetpack Attempts To Drag Race Dodge Challenger

August 10, 2017

Note: Volume, jetpack.

This is a video from the recent World Series of Pro Mod at Bandimere Speedway near Denver, Colorado of a man with a jetpack racing a Dodge Challenger. Although I don't know how much of a race it really is, because dude with the jetpack is slow as a turtle trying to walk up a down escalator. I'm not sure if the jetpack just isn't capable of going that fast, or if he was scared to really open up the throttle. If you wanna go fast you need to go head first like Superman, everybody knows that. It was honestly one of the most lackluster jetpack performances I've seen, and I've seen pretty much every single one on Youtube because that's what you do when you're a boy obsessed with jetpacks. Plus, you know, draw them on all the naked ladies in your favorite nudie magazine.

Keep going for the video.

Thanks to Crisp, who informed me he could have beat that guy on a bicycle.

Found an alternate angle. Challenger driver fell asleep at the start and still almost won.

This is not a fair race, Dodge is the automotive equivalent to Harbor freight how do you expect them to compete with a man in a jet pack?

  • GeneralDisorder

I kind of thought Mahindra was the automotive equivalent of HF. Or... maybe Tata. Granted those are both from India and aren't legal in the US because they don't meet standards like manufacturer's employees wearing shoes on the production line.

Seems like the Challenger driver cheated. Jetpack dude was swirling around for the crowd and the Challenger just takes off.

Point #2, I live about 45 mins from this place and can't decide if I'm happy or pissed that I missed this. Bandimere is where the "Hill People" go to spoil 'n' soil themselves in Coors Light and PBR. But a guy in a jetpack!

  • GeneralDisorder

The driver took off when the light turned green then promptly fell asleep. Looked like he was on the brake the whole quarter and still almost won.

Doesn't look like that much of a turnout for a World Series of Pro Mod. I don't thing you might have missed much.
