86.9 Seconds: Man Sets Record For Fastest Perfect Game Of Bowling

April 25, 2017

This is a video of 23-year old golfer bowler Ben Ketola rolling a perfect 300 game in 86.9 seconds, using ten lanes (he runs back to the first two lanes for his two bonus balls from the tenth frame although I would have used two closer lanes to save time but that's just me and I'm a born competitor). Not bad, Ben, I bet the Big Lebowski would be impressed. I also bet he hasn't seen this, because he doesn't seem like much of an internet person. Don't worry though, I'll show it to him on my phone if I run into him. "Oh thank God." I know, I could tell you were worried, that's why I'm doing this for you.

Keep going for the video while I call my local bowling alley to find out when they do cosmic bowling with lane bumpers. Also: note how Ben rolls the ball using both hands at once.

Thanks to Tony, who agrees the best thing about bowling, besides getting to throw heavy balls as hard as you can, is the snack bar and arcade.
