"It Burns": Local News Lady Makes Awful Artichoke Dip, Makes Cohosts Try It

This is a video of Global News Calgary host Leslie Horton making two of her cohosts try the incredibly shitty artichoke dip she baked (the older man was smart enough to back out after seeing the younger guy's reaction). How do you screw up artichoke dip? Kids are allowed to make that without adult supervision. Apparently she substituted an orange for a lemon and freeballed it on the spices to add. The final result? Something that tastes like pure vinegar, despite there not being any vinegar in the recipe. I've got the feeling Leslie has only bought those premade Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners from the grocery store in the past and isn't allowed to participate in school bake sales. When reached for comment about how they felt after tasting the dip, both cohosts were presumably found dead in their dressing rooms.

    How did they get a vinegar taste from those ingredients - you really have to be a bad cook to change chemistry to that extent LOL

    Vinegar is basically spoiled wine. So clearly something oxidized or rotted sufficiently to effect the taste.
