More Power: A Foosball Table Modded With Power Drills

November 1, 2016

This is a video of the foosball table that was modified for play with power drills by the folks at SGS Engineering. Basically it involved removing the rod handles and replacing them with power drills. Pretty simple. Also pretty against the rules because there is no spinning in foosball. You are allowed one full rotation and that's it. Any more is called spinsies and it's for people who don't know how to play and/or cheating. If you see a foosball table at a bar and somebody is spinning you walk away. Or, if you're like me, you grab the foosball ball off the table and swallow it. That'll show them. "Why is your neck bleeding?" I also ate a dart.

Keep going for the video.

Thanks to Joe, who works at SGS and helped make the table and did a great job. Great job, Joe, tell your boss I said you deserve a raise.

Didn't know that rule, GW. Thanks for fucking ruining fooseball for me.

Me either - and I feel the exact same way. If you can't run amok spinning those suckers as fast as you can then what fun is that?

Once you learn to play properly, you can make shots that are just as fast without spinning. Spinning just makes it chaotic and increases the chance of the ball going off the table.
