Clever: Man Installs Television In Sliding Door

August 5, 2016

This is a video of Youtuber Frank Gombault demonstrating the flatscreen television he installed in a sliding pocket door. The television is on a hinged arm so it can be pulled out of the door and the door almost closed while the TV is in use. It can also be swiveled for viewing from either room. Eventually though, it will get stuck inside the wall and be destroyed.

Keep going for the video demo.

Thanks to Carmen, who watches television the much more frugal way: on a neighbor's TV with binoculars.

  • I have a pocket door in my house. It is difficult to maintain it as a door, much less wire one for electricity with (I suppose) a retractable power cord and cable input. If there were children in the home, this setup would be wrecked real soon.

This is fucking retarded. Who wants to watch tv on a door? It literally makes more sense to hang it from the damn ceiling, and even that is stupid.

So you watch this TV while laying on the floor?

    Meh...

  • Frédéric Purenne

Wow... so much time and effort and attention to details to then put it WAY too low. =(

You don't understand. Did you not hear the fancy french music? His tastes are above those of the average man and their silly televisions at eye level…
