Animatronic Shark Test In A Hotel Swimming Pool

August 15, 2016

This is a video of the folks from VFXLAB testing an animatronic shark in the pool of the Hilton Doubletree in San Bernardino, California. The shark is actually powered by a human diver though, it doesn't swim on its own. That's a shame, because I really don't want to have to get in the water to scare everybody at the beach this weekend. What if there's a real shark out there? I remember when I was on the swim team growing up the coaches would always tell us to never try to sneak into the pool at night because that's when they release the eels into the water. And no skinny-dipping either because pool water not filtered though the mesh of a bathing suit can make your penis fall off. Honestly, I was more concerned about the eels though because my penis wasn't much to brag about back then. Plus a kid on the back of the school bus told me they can grow back like lizard tails and I had my mind set on a cooler one.

Keep going for the video.

Thanks to MSA, who officially refuses to get in any body of water bigger than a hot tub.
