Bonsai Skulls: Little Landscapes Atop Fake Human Skulls

March 28, 2016

These are a couple examples of the Bonsai Skulls created by Australia artist Andrew Firth of Jack Of The Dust. He uses what I assume is model railroad grass and trees to create beautiful little landscapes atop black plastic skull replicas. Beautiful, aren't they? It's just a shame the skulls aren't real skulls because real skulls make everything better. Especially magic spells. My buddy has a real human skull at his place and he let me touch it once which I regret because I'm pretty sure I have a curse on me now. One that can only by lifted by the kiss of a fair maiden. *reading book on curses* Oh, I'm sorry -- a RICH fair maiden. No? No takers? Well you can't blame a guy for trying. My friend doesn't even have a skull.

Keep going for a couple more shots.

Thanks to Josh, who offered to let me come over and play with his train set and wear the conductor's hat and everything which I accepted but am still a little skeptical about. Please don't murder me.

I know what I want to happen to my body when I die... That is if forest trebuchet isn't an option of course.
