Ghostbusters Green Slime Twinkies Coming Soon

February 26, 2016

Because what good is a new movie coming out if you can't use it to sell fattening snack cakes, these are the limited edition Ghostbusters Key Lime Slime Twinkies coming soon from Hostess. I have never really been that big into Twinkies. I like those Ho Hos and Ding Dongs though. Man, I wonder who named all these Hostess products, because they were good at their job. Everybody in my office? They are terrible at their jobs. Me included, because I spend the majority of my work day writing Geekologie under the radar. Honestly, it's been so long I can't even remember what my job here is, but I'm always busy typing into a box whenever anybody walks by, so I guess that job is 'looking busy'. No lie, I got a f***ing raise at my last performance review.

Keep going for the Twinkie scene from the original Ghostbusters movie.

Thanks to Hammer, who I'd run from if you're a nail.

  • Twinkies; Ho Hos; Ding Dongs.
Why are they all named after euphemisms for boobs?
(If you remove the 's' from them they could be vagina euphemisms.)

You just have a dirty mind. Also I've never heard anyone refer to breasts as twinkies or ding dongs.

  • I don't have a dirty mind.
    I have a sexy imagination.
You don't want to see my ding dongs?
    *eyebrow wiggle*

  • Brad Walton

Maybe Ho Hos or Suzy Q's would be a better fit? Yup...

  • Awesome to the Max.
I fully dig weird food, even think this is pop art.
But news spread here in europe, that hostess seized production.
    What´s the rap?

[tl;dr version: they ran out of money and sold out]

Key Lime slime? You're doing it wrong. Stay Puft marshmallow creme filling or STFU.

  • MustacheHam

That does sound much better. :d

  • Ollie Williams

Wait, I thought Hostess stopped making Twinkies?

  • bluecheesedressing

The ecto cooler comeback is bigger news.
