Man Falls Off Hoverboard, Gets Amensia, Thinks It's 2010

This is a short video of 39-year old Mark Tamlin telling the story of how he fell off his son's hoverboard and got a concussion and suffered from amnesia for a couple days and thought it was 2010. He's all good now, although he still doesn't remember the day of the accident. See, this is exactly why people shouldn't ride hoverboards. 2010 sucked.

Keep going for a video of Mark telling his not so fascinating story.

  • Jay Koski

An across-the-board symptom of serious concussions: You think it's 2010. It ha''ened to me.

  • Emmitt Morgans

    What's "Amensia?"

    I forget...

Also, it's interesting that the video doesn't even passingly mention any memory loss or an INKLING that the guy thought it was 2010 for even the shortest amount of time.

  • Jay Koski

I just call them "little segways"

  • shashi

im guessing his helmet was at the dry cleaners that day

  • Darren John Haden Ford

these things were pronounced as dangerous malfunctioning death traps well before any real accident had happened, So why did people still go out and get them anyway ?

  • ispitzhotfire

    Cause they are fun.

  • Bling Nye

...to let their friends (enemies?) ride them of course.

  • palpable ovaltine

Wait, so he road a hoverboard and (in his mind) traveled to the past for a while, only to eventually come...back to the future?

  • Bling Nye

Well, he seems no worse for wear.

  • Michael Knight

    except it isn't a 'hoverboard'.
hover: 1. suspended in air 2. to stay near a specified place

this contraption does neither. so can we stop using that term?

  • steve holt

    totally illiterate. fapped anyway

  • Huck PS

"One o'them brain scan things." Bless his heart!

  • TheQiwiMan

    Respect this man's noble language!

    Its: "Wunuv'em brayn skan fings"

    Such a majestic tongue.
