Top 10 Mistakes You May Have Missed That Made It Into The Star Wars Movies

This is a video from Screen Rant featuring ten mistakes that made it into the original Star Wars movies that you may have missed. I was aware of all of them because Star Wars are my favorite movies of all time and I do RESEARCH. I also watched the new Star Wars trailer frame by frame and I made DISCOVERIES. Mostly that there wasn't a single scene sexy enough to masturbate to. I'm kidding, the whole thing was FAPPING GOLD. I'm blind now.

Keep going for the video.

Thanks to hairless, who knows even more mistakes but wouldn't tell me because he knows I'll try to blackmail George Lucas.

When C3PO and R2 are discovered on the Death Star (the gang is in the garbage compressor), a stormtrooper bangs his head on the door that isn't quite fully up. Hilarious!

  • Tony Stark

And that scene is referenced/parodied in Ep. II AotC, when Jango Fett is escaping from Obi Wan in Kamino, just as he's getting on his spaceship, he bumps his head in the exact same way.

I'm sorry I have to disagree with you about Jar Jar Binks. Certainly while most adults and fan boys despise Jar Jar the character was not written for them, it was written to appeal to kids. I have yet to meet any kid under the age of 10, which was Jar Jar's target audience, that does not like Jar Jar Binks.

Get over yourself and move on.

Don't be sorry. Have your opinion. I have mine.

I'm fully aware of the "logic" behind having a character like Jar Jar in the movies, so I know exactly why he was in the movies.

I don't disagree with having a character like that, per se....

What I do disagree with is the execution of said archetype, namely Jar Jar Bink's character, specifically.

Jar Jar was horribly voiced, and a borderline racist caricature. Not to mention he was basically laughed at for being retarded, which isn't cool... did you see any other Gungans speaking/acting as stupid as he did? No, because he's "special" and people laugh at his antics like they laugh at "special" people behind their hands.

Having a "loveably dumb" character purely for physical comedy isn't necessarily a bad thing.... C-3PO and R2-D2's "odd couple" shtick was the equivalent in Ep. 4-6, and while even they were annoying, at least it wasn't stooping to making fun of stereotypes or retards.

Jar Jar was just simply a terribly bad manifestation of the comedic relief character idea. Basically: A mistake.

I don't need to get over myself, thanks, and I have (mostly) moved on, in reality. Jar Jar is a bad character, period. There could've been a better character that was more funny, more loveable and as appealing (more so, really) to 10 year old kids, without being a retarded caricature of racial stereotype.

    Thanks for your concern.

I don't know what you're talking about. Only three Star Wars films exist so far. Great for them to finally make some sequels after all these years. #prequeldenier
