To The Roof!: Guy Builds Fully Functional Assassin's Creed Rope Launcher And Hidden Blade

This is a video of Colin Furze demonstrating the fully-functional rope launcher and hidden blade gauntlets he built to celebrate the release of Assassin's Creed Syndicate (which I am going to start playing tomorrow because I know you care). I thought the grappling hook was going to suck but I was actually impressed with its functionality (minus its relatively short range). There's even a wench attached capable of lifting Colin's full bodyweight. For reference, I tried to do a pull-up yesterday and couldn't.

Hit the jump for the video, then come over after work and we'll play ninja fighters on my parent's roof.

Thanks to hairless, who wants to build a real-life Animus. Heck yeah, let me get in there! "Well, what did you learn?" My ancestors were pig farmers.
