Amsterdam Photographer Wanders Around At Night Customizing Stranger's Cars With Cardboard Mods

October 16, 2015

This is a series of photos taken by Amsterdam photographer Max Siedentopf featuring the random cars he pimped out with cardboard. Apparently Max wanders the streets at night customizing stranger's cars with cardboard and and masking tape. Admittedly, some of those mods are pretty sweet. You think if somebody caught him in the act they would thank him or yell at him? Because here in the U.S. he would almost certainly have been shot and killed.

Keep going for a bunch more.

Thanks to Tepy, who taped a toaster to the hood of a neighbor's car and tried to convince them it's a time machine now.

If I saw my car like this. I wouldn't care. Take tons of photos.

  • MostlyPonies

Just as useful as the real thing.

Ah to be a teenager again, I'd so do this around my neighborhood! This guy is a hero!

  • dougfunnay

    this is great
and anyone who actual gives a shit about random assholes looking at you while you drive your cardboard coolmobile is probably a turd burgler
"how will they know im successful if it has carboard on it?!?!" theyll scream into the sky with tears rolling down their cheeks
"text while youre driving it" a booming voice from the sky retorts
and then the turds were burgled......
    all of them

Yeah I'm sure the owner of the Audi would thank them for taping garbage to their car.

  • ciccio bomba

    an audi is garbage itself

  • CrazyUncleNicola

Masking tape was specifically designed to be used on cars and not damage the paint. It would take 5 minutes or less to remove.

  • Wait, now, you're trying to tell me that the names of things can, in fact, mean the actual words of which they are comprised?!? PIFFLE, I SAY!!! THE MAN'S AUDI IS CLEARLY DESTROYED!

  • captaindash

Masking tape is used to paint flames on high end collectable cars. This isn't like using packing tape or something that would damage it. If anything, it gives you a funny story for the office.

  • WhiteEagle2

I would be so confused if I found my car like this. I'd probably accuse all of my friends.
