'Do Not Look Into The Eyes' Interactive Face Sculpture

September 22, 2015

Do Not Look Into The Eyes is an interactive sculpture created by Norwegian artist Erik Pirolt. It's a ceramic head in a glass box with a warning printed underneath that reads 'Do Not Look Into The Eyes'. When you do look into the eyes because you can't follow directions, water blasts out of pupil's right at you, making you pee yourself, and, if you're anything like me, probably a fair amount of number two-ing as well. God willing, it will be a firm day and not a squirty disasterous mess day. I'm just being real.

Hit the jump for a video of people not heeding the warning.

Thanks to fingernail_clippings, which I will absolutely eat if I find on the sofa.

Would be cooler if the liquid it shot were red. :-)

  • timeiskey

it would stick to the glass.

needs a sequel penis statue that shoots white liquid

  • Bender Rodriguez Senior

I find it offensive to curious and stupid people. jk, I don't care, it's funny as hell!

  • Elak Swindell

Sprays too long though. A quick burst would have been better.

  • Den

I can understand the long burst - it lets them look back to figure out what was going on after the initial shock - but I think that they need a better hydrophobic surface on the inside of the glass, so that it beads up and rolls away better, giving away less of the surprise.

  • timeiskey

somebody give this bitch a raise

  • TheQiwiMan

  • Bad Boy Bubby

    Are you stupid?

  • WhiteEagle2

This is fantastic. If only the glass wasn't there.
