Disabled Engineering Student Turns His Stand-Up Wheelchair Into Impressive Mad Max Cosplay

September 11, 2015

This are several pictures of engineering student Ben Carpenter in his Mad Max cosplay getup. Ben was born with spinal muscular atrophy and has to use a special wheelchair to get around. And that wheelchair just so happens to lend itself perfectly to looking like Mad Max hanging from the front of a war boy's car. Very clever. You know I hung from the front of a car once as part of my annual neighborhood stunt spectacular. I don't care how many keg stands I do before my stunts this year, I'm not performing that one and getting run over again.

Keep going for several more shots, including an alternate chariot version he built (he loves welding) for when there isn't enough room for the buggy.
