This is a video from Japanese fruit and vegetable producer Kagome of a group of scientists (or people dressed to look like scientists) using underwater shockwaves to pulverize the insides of fruits and vegetables while keeping the exterior intact. It was interesting to watch. Also, I guarantee it's only a matter of time before underwater explosion shockwave juice bars are popping up everywhere and charging $34 for a 16oz cup. That's ridiculous. Call me old fashioned, but I like to get the nutrients from fruits and vegetables the old fashioned way. "Just eating them raw?" What? God no, I was going to say in Gushers or Fruit By The Foot.
Keep going for the video.
Thanks to Little J, not to be confused with Big J, which is what my dad calls me sometimes because I'm big and my name begins with J.
