This is a video of a bunch of modern teens trying to play 2-player Contra for the NES. On a scale from 1 to 10, they are all god-awful at it. Was I that bad when the game came out? Is there really that steep a learning curve? I feel like my brother and I rocked that shit. Are these kids confused by the three usable game buttons on the controller? I remember when I was young, some video game controllers didn't even have buttons. See? "That's a jump rope." So I shouldn't have forced it into the Nintendo is what you're saying.
Keep going for a video of kids these days.
Thanks to Meredith, who can beat the whole game even without using the 30-free life Konami code. SKILLZ.
