Parrot Performs Sean Connery James Bond Impression

March 17, 2015

This is a video of Lottie the African Grey impersonating Sean Connery's version of James Bond. Plus whistles a little bit of the James Bond theme. Then sort of clicks and squeaks and coos and whatever the hell else because it's a bird and birds make weird noises. I have a friend with a bird that can do a spot-on impersonation of the text message notification on my phone. That got old real quick.

Keep going for the video.

Thanks to Paulette, who just wants a bird that can tell people who knock at the door to go away.

That parrot is dancing to the soundtrack in his head.

Oh, my favorite part of that one Bond movie was that time he said "what's that all about?"

It's impressive that this parrot can do this, but I don't know why it says the parrot is imitating Sean Connery... it doesn't sound ANYTHING like him! It actually doesn't sound like any of the actors to officially portray James Bond. (I'm guessing it's the voice of Lottie's owner)

Roger Moore is the actor who said "MY name's Bond, James Bond" the most often... the others (without counting Lazenby) tended/tend to say "(t)he name's Bond, James Bond" or just "Bond, James Bond."

...I've seen most of the films a few too many times... if there WERE such a thing.

It's amazing what parrots can say without lips. :)
