Real (Confusing) Products: USS Enterprise Sushi Set

March 18, 2015

Because there will come a time when every product is available with a Star Trek theme, this is the Star Trek USS Enterprise Sushi Set available from ThinkGeek ($35). The top comes off the Enterprise's circular hull to hold soy sauce, and the blue warp trails are actually chopsticks. Again, I'm not sure why this is a real product. Maybe there are a ton of Star Trek fans out there that make their own sushi and can't go a minute without staring at their favorite spaceship. Or maybe there are a bunch of Star Trek themed sushi restaurants that I don't know about. Regardless, I would be willing to pay good money for a toilet lid that looks like the Millennium Falcon. Also, unrelated, I just exploded a whole bowl of broccoli cheese soup in the microwave so I unplugged the microwave and set it on the floor so my dog can lick it clean for me. I'm a problem solver.

Keep going for one more shot of the sushi set in use (the Enterprise can swivel around!!).

Thanks to chichi, who agreed the best part of a fish are the eyes.
