Little Kids Play Led Zepplin Medley On Xylophones, Vibraphones, Marimbas

This is a video of the 7-to-12-year old members of the Louisville Leopard Percussionists performing a Led Zepplin medley (Kashmir, The Ocean, and Immigrant Song) on marimbas, xylophones, vibraphones, drums, timbales, congas, bongos and piano. It sounds beautiful. Like watching an angel sing, but with way more little kids trying not to look right into the camera and failing.

Keep going for the video.

Thanks to IAN, who informed me the xylophone is his favorite instrument. Cool, mine's the slide whistle.

Very cool. The only songs we were allowed to play in band were "Ride like the Wind"and Celebration.

  • That was so awesome!

I'm so into this, I need to get my son a xylophone and drum set.
