International Space Station Passing In Front Of The Moon

iss-in-front-of-moon.jpg

This is the video captured by astrophotographer (that's somebody who takes pictures of astros) Gadi Eidelheit featuring the International Space Station passing in front of the moon. It's crazy to think there are a group of humans orbiting the earth up there, you know? And even further out there? Aliens. Some with more titties than you could count on two hands. That's ten, by the way. Eight-and-a-half for me (fireworks).

Hit the jump for the video, second half features a zoomier version.

Thanks to LittlePiggy, who I have the sneaking suspicion is the one who stayed home.

It is faster than I thought, like really fast and speedy...that's kind of, there are people in there going hypersuperduperomgwheeeewaitimgettingsick speed.

    Coooooooool

I've caught the ISS flying over where i live a few times (when I'm lucky that it's dark enough and have had a clear sky). Always a pleasure.
