Ghostly: New World's Deepest Living Fish Discovered

December 22, 2014

Scientists recently discovered a new species of fish after lowering a camera and research equipment to a depth of 8,143-meters (26,716-feet, ~5.05-miles) in the Marianas Trench. This is video of that fish. It looks kind of like the ghost of a bird. And perhaps it IS the ghost of a bird that was tired of flying and wanted to spend its afterlife swimming in the pitch blackness of the deepest place on earth. Or maybe that is bird hell. Which is where it belongs if it was one of those jerks that always shit on my car as soon as I washed it.

Keep going for the video. And don't forget to check out our sister site Hedonistica for the latest and greatest in internet videos.
