This is the 'Upside Down Truck' built by mechanic Rick Sullivan. The truck, which took Rick six months and $6,000 to build, is actually a 1991 Ford Ranger with a 1995 Ford F-150 body placed on top, upside-down. Impressive work. I just wish the video didn't feature so many other drivers taking pictures of the truck and not paying attention to actually driving (he estimates he gets about 1,000 cell-phone pictures taken a day!). That's dangerous. Highlights of the video include Rick's two grandsons Brock and Brody at 1:40 (he takes them to Dairy Queen!) and the old man with the 'Fishing Is For Reel Men!' shirt at 2:06. Obviously, it's not a very exciting video.
Keep going for the car in action.
Thanks to shashi, who pointed out the upside down truck could be a clever marketing ploy developed by Rick and his wife to get more customers to their auto-body shop after other drivers crash trying to take pictures.
