You Can Cut A Bagel To Form Two Interlocking Rings

August 1, 2014

This is a video of computer science professor George Hart demonstrating how to cut a bagel to form two interlocking rings. It takes him about a minute. For reference, I can cut a bagel in half in about a second and only draw blood 50% of the time. Plus one time when I was drunk I spent a solid five minutes throwing Pop Tarts and granola bars in the air trying to slice them in half with my ninja sword. That's how my roommate's aquarium got broken (which I felt bad for so I broke a bunch more of his stuff and told him the apartment must have gotten broken into and vandalized).

Keep going for the video.

Thanks to me, for being man enough to admit I will choose a doughnut over a bagel any day of the week (including Hubday, which isn't even a real day of the week expect for in the fantasy fiction I write).

Now cut it into a Möbius strip, smart guy.

This video should be the first hint for aspiring computer-scientists that there's nothing worthwhile for them in that major.
    I wish I knew.
