Embrace The Pain: Tattooing Shot In Ultra-Slow Motion

May 9, 2014

This is a video of Parisian tattoo artist Gaëtan Le Gargasson inking a tattoo while being filmed in ultra-slow motion. It was pretty mesmerizing to watch. How many tattoos do you have? I have four. Only two of which are always visible, and one of which can only be seen by lovers. Or me if I stand on the bathroom counter and look in the mirror with my head between my legs spreading my buttcheeks. "Ahahahhahhaa, what is it?!" I don't want to say. "Come on!" Promise not to tell anybody? "Promise." The Very Hungry Caterpillar.

Keep going for the video.

Thanks to Bokonon, who, wait -- heck yeah, Ice-Nine!

Watching the skin bounce instantly brought back the painful feelings of getting tattooed.

Either had a bad artist or outdated equipment.

Or you know... It's just painful because you're being poked with needles over and over and over. I've had different artists, different equipment. Different places on the body feel different. In one tattoo I've had moments where it didn't hurt at all, and other places that did.

Not to mention that everyone's pain tolerance is different.
