Nope: Traveling A Cliffside Road Carved Into A Mountain

November 19, 2013

This is a video of a bus trip along a road carved from the side of a mountain in the Himalayas. Possibly the road in India from Killar in the Pangi Valley to Kishtwar, Kashmir. It is terrifying. I don't care if that road ends at the fountain of youth, I will die old and ugly.

Hit the jump for this video and another of what looks like the same road.

Thanks to Simon, who actually mentioned wanting to drive this road. Look at you, thrill seeker! You already been shot out of a cannon?

Been there, done that!! this is my place, this road leads to Blue Sapphire and Ruby gemstone mines in Kishtwar, of Jammu Division. Safest way to drive on that road is on Bike.

  • Turbosloth

The safest way to drive on this road is to not drive on this road, ever.

Roads like this are God's way of telling you to walk.
