Terrifying Angry Telekenetic Girl Prank In Coffee Shop

October 7, 2013

PROTIP: Turn the volume down before she starts screaming at the end.

This is a video made to promote the upcoming 'Carrie' remake featuring a girl in a coffee shop who flips out after having coffee spilled on her computer and appears to make a guy levitate, then moves a bunch of tables and chairs with her powers. Most of the people in the shop are in on the prank, just the people ordering coffee at the counter don't know. And they freak out. Me? I would have lobbed a hot coffee at her like a Molotov cocktail. BACK TO HELL WITH YOU, WITCH.

Hit the jump for the video.

Thanks to Jason, who would have telekenised a table at her and made a run for the door.

    that was rellay great

  • This one is great I cannot wait till I get the budget to produce something like this!

  • Suspicious Character

I want to watch a video about all the people who DON'T react irrationally to a well executed but thoroughly obvious prank. And then find these people, and make them breed.

I remember my mom got scared by a co-worker (who did it on purpose) and she didn't take it very well. They considered taking her to the hospital because she was having a panic attack. I always think of that whenever I see idiots doing pranks to put them up on YouTube. I hope they lied and actually everyone was an actor.

  • Jared Gonzales

    your mom's a pussy

  • JJtoob

It's still better than being an asshole.

  • Jared Gonzales

    apparently you're a pussy too

  • JJtoob

I'm sorry, maybe you've never had anyone to care for. I should've realized that's the reason for your hostility. I hope someday you learn some empathy.

  • Jared Gonzales

"I hope they lied and actually everyone was an actor" Also, everyone in there WAS an actor, just not the couple of people ordering coffee being pranked who were way too removed from the actual situation to get hurt in any way (read the story). But being legitimately afraid for one's life by a girl who "telekinetically" lifts a man and makes books and tables fly with "her mind" is fucking ridiculous. Also, these things are done within seconds and then after you have actors and everyone breaking character by laughing, smiling, and clapping to reassure "the mark" that what they witnessed, was obviously, not real (they just don't show that part).

  • Jared Gonzales

Oh, don't get me wrong, I certainly have huge heart and have had to care for a mother who died way too young and in pain. But, I'm not about to go on a comment section and share some boo-hoo story about how it's not nice to scare people and bring the mood down to some serious tone. The whole "pussy" comment was more fun than anything cruel. You really left yourself open to it and chose to take yourself way too seriously. it was a funny prank and no one got hurt. so just relax, dude.

  • JJtoob

I'm just saying, it's all fun and games till someone gets hurt. I'm sure they took precautions for this one, but I've never been a fan of deception for fun's sake, and I have my reasons. You can have your fun, but is not cool to dismiss me with insults to myself and my mother just because you don't agree with me. Maybe it was fun to you, but it doesn't mean it's fun for everyone. Maybe take your own advice and when you see downer comments like mine, relax, down vote me, and move on.

  • allergicturtle

It's always nice to watch cliche videos about a large group of people watching someone get hurt and doing absolutely nothing.

    OMG She's Darth Vader!!

  • FetidSirDidymus

Missing: Fake dude wearing a hoodie, who's head explodes into a mass of fake blood and broccoli.

There's no way you could run from that. You'd have to watch. I'm surprised no one took out their iPhone and recorded it.

  • Funny stuff... and people just stood there watching too.. although they should have removed the coffee spill and just made her look down to using a macintosh. then she could scream, for being so bad!

  • whacko

It is amazing how many people were willing to believe that some straight up supernatural shit was going on. Even though most of us proclaim a solid belief in science, when strange things go down our first thought often turns to magic or the supernatural.

  • RareAwesomeman

heuristic problem solving, everyone does it in fight or flight situations, its how we survive as a species.

  • Tyler AitchKay

    "A solid believe in science"

there's so much wrong there in so many ways I won't even begin to correct you, instead I'll just let these 5 words dangle in the air for others to ridicule.
