Move over Penis Shaped Sugar Bombs, because General Mills has just announced they'll be re-releasing all five of their monster themed cereals this Halloween, including Fruit Brute, the one nobody under the age of 35 can probably remember tasting. Fruit Brute, which was discontinued in 1984, is a multi-fruit flavored cereal with lime flavored marshmallows. And Fruity Yummy Mummy, which was discontinued in 1993, is a multi-fruit flavored cereal with vanilla flavored marshmallows. Personally, I've always been a Count Chocula in chocolate milk kind of guy, but I will pick up a box of Fruit Brute just to try. The newly designed boxes will be available at grocery stores, while the vintage looking ones will be a Target exclusive. And to think, this time yesterday we all thought we were going to die having never tried Fruit Brute. What a difference a day makes! *jumps around doing double heel-click* "Those were only single heel-clicks." You shut your pie cereal hole, I was CLASSICALLY TRAINED. Well, sort of. They made us do square-dancing in gym class in Alabama.

Thanks to carey, who plans on stockpiling Fruit Brute in the event General Mills decides to not do the same thing next year. Well I'd at least make sure you like it first.
