It Was Only A Matter Of Time: 'Wicked Paradise', The First Virtual Reality Sex Game Announced For Oculus Rift

June 19, 2013

A group of game designers have announced the development of 'Wicked Paradise', a virtual reality sex game for the Oculus Rift system and scheduled for release next year. The future, ladies and gentlemen! Masturbating to video games will never be the same. Ever.

Imagine playing Leisure Suit Larry but instead of watching a screen, you are inside the game.

Imagine the world and its inhabitants look highly realistic.

Imagine walking into a bar in Wicked Paradise, noticing a beautiful lady, talking to her, and seducing her.

Imagine playing your cards right and having passionate wild sex with her.

Imagine all this in high quality, immersive virtual reality.

Oh yeah, that sounds like a great idea. Nothing like dry humping the couch with virtual reality goggles and headphones on to not hear when your roommates come home. You won't even know they saw you! Well, not until their Youtube videos go viral anyways.

Thanks to Rik Beans, who agrees that when it comes to sex, reality reality is the way to go. Leave the virtual humping to cyborgs.

Wait, did I just see a jar of LARD in the reference picture? What is THAT for?!

Wait, please don't answer my question... I don't think I'm ready for that...

  • Atom Kahn

Combine that with one of the Realdolls and they will really make some money.

  • Bubbubsky

Just wait until we're at the point where Holodecks are technologically feasible.

  • Mr. Roboto

Imagine getting dressed up for real.

Imagine going to a real bar, and having a conversation with a real human being.

Imagine actually having to put effort into developing a relationship with that person.

Imagine the deep sense of shame and self-loathing that comes from having to look at yourself in the mirror each morning and say, "I am a consumer of virtual reality porn."

Character model glitches and texture errors are gonna be hilarious.

there actually is another one that had some first person options from back around 2000 or so. I don't remember the name of it though.
