Pretty Clever, Bro: One Piece 'Hand As A Hand' Tattoo

April 10, 2013

This is a tattoo of pirate Monkey D. Luffy from the anime/manga series One Piece in his 'Gear Third' giant hand form (I read the wiki) with the tattoo recipient's hand also acting as Luffy's. That's pretty clever, right? Maybe not as clever as an octopus, but a friend told me they can tie shoelaces. SHOELACES! I can only wear flip-flops and sometimes I still can't get the little strap between the right toes.

Thanks to simon and V, who agree the best tattoos are the ones you convince frenemies to get when they're wasted knowing they'll regret it for the rest of their lives (or can save up for laser removal).

Still waiting for the Zoro themed earrings or something (even if they were clip on)

  • Jay

This is the greatest tattoo in the history of tattoos.

Come on, GW, you don't know anything about One Piece. You only posted this because every other website has already. I am disappointed in you.

  • Closet Nerd

It kinda looks like Johnny Chimpo.
    ......just sayin

  • That's amazing. I'm a huge fan of One Piece and would have this in a second, especially as it looks like it's 'coverable' for more professional moments :)

The loser in me demands I comment that part of the forearm should be enlarged too. Still really cool though.

I was thinking the same thing.

  • Dammit, I was going to do this for a Plastic man tattoo....

  • The idea is beyond brilliant

  • Spencer Murphy

Hopefully he's right handed, or masturbating will be incredibly awkward
