Monkey With Creepy Face, Bright Blue Ass Discovered

October 11, 2012

This is Cercopithecus lomamiensis, a new species of monkey discovered in Africa (one of only two new species discovered in the past 26 years). It has a creepy, human-like face and a bright blue ass. Kind of like a Na'vi. There's a worthwhile shot of one's ass and balls after the jump because regret is something we all have to learn to live with.

Hit the jump and exercise your coping mechanisms.

Thanks to Sicero, who agrees all animals should have brightly colored butts so the zoo is like an ass rainbow.

Kinda looks like Simon Helberg aka Walowitz from The Big Bang Theory to me

  • ZomBBombeR

He looks very pensive to me.

  • Looks like a crossover between that old Basement Jaxxx video and Howard Wolowitz.

hehe this monkey's blue bum is just hilarious. However, the monkey's face isn't really creepy...just looks bored.

Humans and primates are clearly not related! Similarly, the world is 6000 years old!

    Your joking right?

First thing I thought of when I saw this:

  • Thank you for that, it was amazing.

  • He reminds me of an ex-boyfriend.

  • Sanjeev Ananthan

That'll teach you for monkeying around.

Am I the only person on Earth who thinks this monkey's face isn't all that "creepy" or "human-like"? People keep saying that. It just looks like another monkey to me.

  • Jon Jusjohn

It's the nose. It doesn't have a normal monkey nose. It's got a long people-ish nose

  • Pascale Laviolette

I disagree - it's the whites of the eyes! Humans are rare for displaying their sclerae, so we can infer others' intentions and communicate our own more easily.
