Mom's Cartoon Character Bento Boxes For Son's Lunch

May 1, 2012

This is a series of lunches from mother Heather Sitarzewski, who makes her son a different (predominately Disney cartoon) character bento box every day (often with unusual food combinations). Me? I ate school lunch. Plus handfuls of gravel on the playground. I'm special! I'm not sure how old her son is, but you know there DOES come a time in every boy's life when he doesn't want a Beauty and the Beast bento box for lunch anymore. And that age is 35.

Hit the jump for some of my favorites, but check out Heather's Tumblr for over 100 more.

Thanks to cocoa, who makes me bento boxes for lunch sometimes if she's not gonna be around because otherwise I just won't eat and then I'll be tired for the rest of the day and if I yawn she'll stick her hand in my mouth and yell 'FUTURE PENIS!' I'm up to like three.

  • If my kid's favorite character was Tow-Mater.  I'm trying again.  Kill the kid.  Try again.

  • Mr. Roboto

    That's a good mom!

I strongly recommend ______ BlackwhiteCupid * C0 m ______ to you where I just found my i-nterr-acial bo-yf-riend! You know it is a gr-eat pla-ce to meet rich nice men and beautiful women. What's kind of re-lationbship do you want?   ;)

That Buzz Lightyear is rachet. The rest are awesome, though.  Lucky kid.

  • Animal looks like raw hamburger meat...but at least she supplied ketchup.

  • Orannis

I believe it's dyed spaghetti; probably using beet juice.

  • Seaweed with Ham? Strawberries with edamame?

  • Poor kid will grow up and want his wife to make him Salmon and Pankackes molded in the shape of a Thundercat :(
