The BBC Unveils Doctor Who 13th Doctor's Official New Look

This is a picture posted by the BBC on Twitter unveiling the 13th Doctor's official outfit for the upcoming season of Doctor Who. As my friend Olivia pointed out on Facebook (she's an expert when it comes to stuff like this): 'And women everywhere rejoiced for the new Doctor's official look is basically the comfiest cosplay ever.' Heck yeah, comfy cosplay. That looks even more comfortable than the pajamas I wore to bed last night. "You passed out wrapped in a shower curtain." FACT.

Thanks to Katherine and Olivia, who agree comfort is key to doing your job well.

The look channels a relaxed personality change for the Doctor. That might be refreshing, since Capaldi's Doctor was kinda dark. I wonder how she keeps the jacket from falling off in an action scene!

She looks like she is wearing Robin Williams outfit from the old old show Mork & Mindy... Did no one see that at all?

They may rejoice but that isn't tuning in every week. The big question is how do you get women interested in sci-fi? In the case of "Dr. Who" you do it with an attractive young MALE Dr. who has sexual tension with an attractive companion. You ruin that formula with an old, ugly male Dr., and you ruin it with a female Dr. I predict the ratings will be great the first episode and then slowly dry up. They may attempt to shame women into watching, but it won't do any good, since few women have any real interest in Sci-fi.

I'm not the only one, her outfit is just a little too evocative of this http://www.robin-williams.n...

Those exposed legs are quite scandalous. You can clearly make out her tibia's FFS. What a slut.

  • Deplorable Erik Dee

The Diversity Doctor. I suspect ratings may drop a bit.

The next one will be transgender & the BBC will rename it "Dr. What?"

    With wings.

  • Is it christmas yet?

I'm looking forward to this. I'll never understand why this stuff gets people so worked up.

  • DFCtomm

It's because it's forced, instead of natural. They aren't coming up with new characters for minorities, but instead are stealing them. You take things from a group and they don't like it. It's simple as that. In this case however, it's going to fail simply because they don't understand why the new Dr. Who ever truly worked to start with.

  • Jason Christopher

    Ugh.... No.

if you have nothing to say, then maybe you should say nothing
