This is a video of a Japanese chef demonstrating how to carve a single radish into a completely interlocked chain. It was actually pretty relaxing to watch. Like watching somebody do something you never want to do yourself, but wanted to see anyways. Still, when your shrimp tempura and ramen came out cold maybe you'll think twice before ordering the radish chain garnish next time.
