Good Ideas: Attaching Razor Blades To A Heavy Spinning Top To Slice Through Things

This is a video from Youtuber Giaco Whatever featuring a heavy spinning top with razor blades attached to slice through things. It cuts through hot dogs (those poor wieners), balloons, a kiwi, banana, crayons (impressive that it came back to finish off that red one), a deodorant can, a can of whipped cream and a Red Bull, but no fingers. I was really hoping for a finger. Hot dogs are poor finger substitutes because they don't have bones or blood in them. Still, I know what I'm going to do for fun this weekend, and you can bet your ass it involves a top the size of a barstool with katanas attached and ends with a trip to the ER and getting grounded. Mom! But I was doing science. "You almost killed your sister." I told her she wasn't ninja enough to fight it.

Keep going for the video.

Thanks to hairless, who plans on filling the living room with these things to prank his roommate when he comes out for a midnight snack.

Well, now I want to attach razor blades to a dremel tool.

  • Reek

The one with the wieners being sliced triggered my PTSD.

That seems like it might be a fun way to try and kill james bond

NOT! it would take forever to come down the ramp whilst the villain is too busy monologuing to notice Bond using the spinning blades to severe his restraints only to tip the ramp in the direction of the bad guy to then dispatch him.

  • He did say "try".

  • Geekologie

Worth a shot, nothing else seems to work.
