Ah, Nature: Outdoor Style Tent For Your Indoor Bed

This is the DDASUMI bed tent. It's a $90 tent that fits over your double or queen size bed. It's similar in concept to this bed tent, but this one looks more like a traditional Coleman for that authentic indoor camping experience. It has one closed side, and two small and one large zip-up sides, as well as a bunch of pockets for storing things like your cell phone and TV remote. I just ordered one, and I'm cordially inviting YOU over for my first sleepover! I just need to you bring marshmallows, graham crackers and a Hershey's bar, because we are going to set my nightstand on fire and roast s'mores. *removes batteries from smoke detector* Okay we should be all good now.

Keep going for some shots of all its features as well as well as what it looks like pitched on the floor in case you don't have a bed and sleep on a rug.

Thanks to lizzy, who loves camping out in front of the television. Me? I love camping in the kitchen next to the fridge.

meh... a $25 dollar tent from target or big 5 will do the same thing...

  • It's a blanket fort, but without all the hassle of trying to keep it erect.

  • There's only one kind of tent pitching I want done in connection with my bed.

Why would adults need this? I get college dorms - maybe - but in your house?

At this price even if you wanted to impress a date with some magic camping sex - it would be fun for about 15 minutes until you both hit your heads on the shock cords and were all "enough of this shit already" or ended up breaking it.

I'm normally into whimsical, let our inner children out every now and then, but this is just f'ing stupid to me.

Yeah. It'd be used once and then shoved in the closet forever once I realized how foolish of a purchase it was.

so pretty much as tent with the bottom cut out so you can wedge your mattress into. plus why do you need pouches and a towel line if your camping indoors. you are practically feet away from fridge, pantry, restroom...

This was already done before and with kick-ass Cabbage Patch kids too.

Exactly what I was thinking. I had one of these for my bed back in the early 80s (not Cabbage Patch Kid themed, just red). Nothing new or interesting here.

hmmm, throw in a mini humified and air purifier and I might buy one. Who in their right mind needs a pouch for holding croutons? I mean, bread crumbs in tent-bed are a terrible idea.

  • Jay Kidd

Exactly! They they're just bedcrumbs and no one wants that!
