So, It's Come To This: Guy Uses Ear Gauge Piercings To Prevent Apple AirPods From Falling Out

December 21, 2016

Because where there's a will there's a way, this is a shot of Andrew Cornett demonstrating his solution for preventing his Apple AirPods from falling out of his ears (previously: earrings baskets for catching them when they do). Andrew says he has a 0 gauge (8mm) tunnel in each ear and the AirPods just fit. So if you were wondering if something like this would work, I guess the answer is yes. Personally, I keep my AirPods in my ears the old fashioned way: not owning any and using regular old earbuds. If it ain't broke, don't fix it -- that's my motto. Also: if is is broke, tell your parents a sibling did it and that they should be punished.

Thanks to Marco, who wraps his head with packing tape after putting his AirPods in and I'm pretty sure I saw you out jogging two days ago.

And here I thought that there was no real use to this BS trend, other than showing you who will never have a "normal" 9-5 job....

  • FearlessFarris

Plenty of people who use Bluetooth headphones have 9-5 jobs, but I agree they are a bs trend.
