Man Doesn't Know Address, Draws Map On Envelope Instead, Letter Gets Delivered

This is the envelope sent by a tourist in Iceland who wasn't sure what address to use to have his letter delivered, so he drew a little map instead. The envelope was delivered successfully and hopefully not packed with a glitter bomb.

The letter was mailed in Reykjavík by a tourist who had visited the Hólar farm earlier in the year, but couldn't seem to find an exact address, according to West Iceland news service Skessuhornið. The farm is considered a small tourist attraction in the area as it boasts a "mini zoo" where the owners encourage visitors to pet their horses, goats, sheep, pigs, and other animals. It does have an address, but when you search for the one listed on its Facebook page, you're placed smack dab in the middle of a lake.

Man, that would never happen around here. Here the postman would just throw your letter in the trash. I feel like my postman hates delivering any letters that aren't clearly bills or bad news. That's all I get anyways. Plus lately neighbors have started using my mailbox as a receptacle for used dog waste bags. Sometimes I dream I'm a giant boulder crushing all their houses while they scream.

Thanks to Allyson S, who's inspired me to only address my letters with riddles from now on.

And yet FedEx still manages to deliver my packages to my neighbor's house

The elves likely helped deliver it, and they will continue doing so until you move that rock.

I used to have people send me letters to "The Red Mailbox on Rice Rd". My hometown is small enough that it totally worked.
