Beautiful The Force Awakens Vehicles Cross Section Book

January 6, 2016

These are a few examples of the beautiful vehicle cross sections from the Star Wars: The Force Awakens Incredible Cross-Sections book by Jason Fry (author) and Kemp Remillard (illustrator). The 48-page book (available on Amazon here for $12) has cross sections of 12 different vehicles and their components from the new movie. What was your favorite new vehicle? I liked the, uh, the hover motorcycle the lady drives. "Rey?" Yeah her. "The speeder?" That's the one. "Have you even seen the movie?" Define seen. "HAVE YOU WATCHED IT?" I'm waiting for the crowds to die down. I don't like crowded theaters because I like to keep a running Mystery Science Theater 3000 style commentary and people tend to complain to theater management about that even though they were more than willing to accept some of my popcorn when I was passing it around.

Keep going for five more.

Thanks to Paul J, who intendes to use these cross sections to build his own functional spaceships.

Ray's Speeder must not go too far with 2 big engines and a 4 gallon tank.

    Quad Jumper same deal.

  • Deksam

Lots of time and effort on the crazy amount of detail that went into something though very well done and beautiful, is based on total nonsense mechanics.
But not to say it wont be worth the money they want for it.

    Can anyone find the washrooms?

  • Ozolz .

    This is just horrible.

I have always wondered how a half turbine works on the X-wing. Must be far, far away galaxy tech.

  • Kanger

    They're ion engines, not turbines.

  • Bling Nye

And they're stationary vanes, not rotary blades.

  • TheQiwiMan

The amount of work that must have gone into this is incredible. Very cool.

  • These are beautiful.
They made me moist in all the right areas.

  • Bling Nye

Scalp and upper lip? I'M SO BAD AT THIS

  • Im sure there's a fetish online for that... and a fetish for the word moist..... *cringe*

  • PUNX

wow, you took this to a different level.
