Pierce Brosnan And Jimmy Fallon Play Goldeneye On N64

brosnan-fallon-goldeneye.jpg

This is a video of Pierce Brosnan and Jimmy Fallon playing Goldeneye on Nintendo 64. They both suck horribly. I could easily take them both, even if they played as Oddjob and I set my health bonus to -10 (any shot fatal). You know how many hours I logged in high school playing Goldeneye? Enough to have to repeat 12th grade. SEVERAL TIMES. I was in my little sister's class by the time I graduated. Then Counter-Strike came along and I went to college for nine years.

Keep going for the video.

Thanks to Mary H and Linbdy, either of which could have taken them both unarmed.

I used to RULE all my homies at this game. Must have spent hundreds of hours playing. Jimmy Fallon thinks of great gags like this. Love it.

And here the bad guys are always trying and failing to kill Mr. Bond.

Roger Moore would have killed Fallon with only karate.

Boris, remote mines, any level. "I am INVINCIBLE"

Sadly, I lost countless hours and friendships to this game.

this game made FPS more popular. It was mostly on PC and It introduced it to console players. Without this game, you wouldn't have had so many FPS on ps3 and 360. Which may or may not be a bad thing. It may look dated now, but this was one of the defining games on the n64.

Wait, which game? I thought Goldeneye 007 was only for N64.

If I recall correctly, it also revolutionized zoom-able sniper rifles.

While "best game ever" is very much generation-relative, Goldeneye, for those not familiar with it, was enormously popular 1998-200-ish. As someone who played it *alot*, I must say OddJob was not the game breaker pop websites make him out to be. Indeed, his short height made hip-shot headshots on him easier. I found Mayday, also smaller, and being dark skinned blended into the usually-dark/drab backgrounds much more easily to be the best character selection.

License to Kill, Pistols, in the Basement...sigh, the old days.
