Man Spinning In A Giant Metal Ring Street Performer

metal-ring-street-performer.jpg

This is a video of Taiwanese street performer Isaac Hou showing off his Cyr Wheel skills. I kept waiting for him to screw up so I could bet on whether he'd land heads or tails. He never did though. I wish I had ring skills like him. Hell, I'd be happy if I could go more than two rounds with a hula hoop.

Keep going for the video, as well as another worthwhile one of him actually performing a street routine for an audience. I thought that one was even better.

Thanks to Nash, who

Dude is fit! We need gym classes in giant metal ring. And finger guards. I'm totally impressed that he still has all his fingers.

Wait! I want to know about Nash!

  • Palpable Ovaltine

How does he not throw up super hard all over the place?

  • Frédéric Purenne

The guy looks like he has the constitution of a Kung Fu master and you wonder how he doesn't throw up? Why not ask the same thing for breakdancers or figure skating... and judging from the video, anybody who drives a car even? O_o

And the last part of the 2nd video, his head barely moves...

Take me to your master, I'll write a better script for him...for a price.
I'll throw in 50% more taytays in the avatars.

  • zin

Madskillz, now how do we weaponize it?

  • Netto Fabulous

Sharpen the outer edge so its like a massive round sword...Then cover it in petrol and acid and broken glass and grenades.
And get a shark to steer it.

  • zin

The image of a shark rolling around in a flaming exploding hoop has got my skull rattlin' in joy.

  • Kevin

    attach lasers to the ring

  • zin

oo oo how about a lightsaber hoop? saberhoop?

  • bingwhip

    Spikes?
