Intricate Game Of Thrones Tiered Wedding Cake

game-of-thrones-cake-1.jpg

This is the Game of Thrones themed tiered wedding cake baked and decorated by Northern Ireland based Candytuft Cakes. Each tier is inspired by something different. The bottom tier is inspired by Tyrion Lannister's leather tabards, the gold layer by Brienne of Tarth's armor, the blue by one of Cersei Lannister's dresses, the layer above that reads, 'Jalan atthirari anni' (the moon of my life) 'shekh ma shieraki anni' (my sun and stars) -- sentiments shared between Khal Drogo and his Khaleesi, Daenerys Targaryen and the top is a dragon egg and dragon with a branch from a heart tree. Good job. I'm not invited to weddings anymore. Something about my behavior at the last one. Apparently I made the bride cry and ruined the whole thing. "It was your own wedding!" She still hasn't forgiven me for that.

Keep going for a closeup of each tier.

When someone puts "Game of Thrones" and "wedding" close to each other, I can only think of particular nuptials that didn't go so well.

Enough with the game of thrones crap already. Wasn't fun to begin with> >

You, on the other hand, seem to be *loads* of fun.
