New Parents Recreate Classic Movie Scenes With Baby

cardboard-box-office-4.jpg

These are a bunch of pics from Cardboard Box Office, a photographic series by new parents Libby and Leon, who recreate scenes from classic movies with their son, Orson. In case you couldn't tell from the sweded quality, all the scenes were created using only objects they already have at home. Mostly cardboard. Cardboard is like gold when you're a kid. Then again when you're grown up and getting kicked out of your first apartment because your roommate asked his girlfriend to move in. After I got all my stuff out I pulled up the carpet in the living room and laid out a bunch of tilapia filets before tacking it back down and stomping everything flat.

Keep going for a bunch more. Not sure what movie one's from? WATCH MORE MOVIES.

this baby is very lucky :) really great parents spending all this quality time with him, I wish parents like that for everyone!

  • ProphetFlume

She really captured that shrill, annoying look of the woman in the second Indiana Jones.

Bonus points for the Life Aquatic shot.

  • Brandon Allen

I don't know all of these, just some.

  • Vladeon

The life aquatic with steve zissou, jaws, star wars, home alone, cast away, ???, alien, jurassic park, apollo 13, the good the bad and the ugly, and die hard.

  • AdamCoates

The only thing I can think of with someone on a bike getting chased by a truck is T2: Judgement Day, and if that's what they were going for they could have done something more recognizable.

Otherwise these are all really good.

    Yes your right...The Terminator

It was the first [not the headline photo], the one after Cast Away, Apollo 13 and the next to last that I didn't know. Though out of those I have actually seen Apollo 13.

So the baby cares enough to be able to care less?

  • lordpikachu

point is--you can't call them parents of the year for this because they're not really doing it for the baby. the baby doesn't know what's going on.

  • lordpikachu
