But You Just Killed That Guy!: Horror Comic Book Themed Engagement Photos

comic-book-engagement-shoot-1.jpg

These are the engagement photos that Hungarian couple Alexandra and Chris has taken by photographer Laszlo Bodnar. They feature the two on a picnic, then being chased by a mysterious masked man with a HANDSAW (lol), who they eventually beat in the face with a spiked plank and push over a ledge to his death. You know, real romantic shit.

Photographer Laszlo Bodnar told The Huffington Post that the bride and groom-to-be...are big fans of thrillers and horror movies and suggested a "Texas Chainsaw"-like set for the shoot. Bodnar decided to take their idea a step further by arranging the photos in a comic format.

Hey, different strokes for different folks. If you want your engagement photos to show you and your partner murdering a confused carpenter, that's your business. My business? Guessing people's weight at the fair. You sir -- step right up! $10 says I can guess your weight. "You're on!" You weigh....hmmmm -- 14 stones. "What is that in pounds?" What's your weight in pounds? "174." And how familiar are you with stones? "Not at all." I guessed exactly right!

Thanks to TBTMH, who agrees the best engagement shoots take place in photo booths.

If this was anything but a wedding proposal gimmick I would say, that is some awful comic book dialogue.
