For The Ladies: The Latest In Vibrator Technology

supersonic-vibrator.jpg

Meet the Revel Body Sonic Vibrator, allegedly the latest and greatest in lady privates pleasuring devices. Does it work for butts too? Fingers crossed! And toes curled. Did I mention the vibrator is the first to use "TrueSonic" technology? WTF is TrueSonic technology? I dunno, but if it has anything to do with that hedgehog you can count me OUT. No spinning razor balls for me, thanks.

What is TrueSonic technology? It offers 50% more power, 400% greater vibration range of low to high speeds, 90% less noise, and 80% less vibration to the hand.

While other vibrators deliver a limited range of speed, power and sensation, delivering around 60-120Hz. The Revel Body delivers almost double the sensation at approximately 241Hz.

Shaped like a tennis ball, the unique shape of this external vibrator makes it easy to handle and is discreet enough to sit on your nightstand.

Ahahahhahaha @ "discreet enough to sit on your nightstand." Listen: if a vibrator is discreet enough to sit on your nightstand, it's also discreet enough for everybody who sees it to pick it up and ask what it is. And then what? "Sexy time." Heck yeah! *tears off clothes* I bet you I can waddle all the way to the refrigerator and back without losing my buttplug.

Hit the jump for a video.

Thanks to Stacy, who always offers to send me one but then I get scared and never respond.

I just went to the official product page. Next to "Product Introduction Video" it says "Text about how the product is cool and why you should watch the video.", then the video link takes you to a youtube video with a slideshow of beaches.

"Sexual Wellness?" What a load of balls (No, Not a pun)
Crap like this just winds me up. Throwing buzzwords (Again, No pun, I'm irate) around just to perplex and overwhelm the uninformed. It's got nothing to do with "Wellness" It's a tool to give you an orgasm more efficiently, there is nothing else to it.

    ALSO

SONIC, means SOUND; So if one of your *KEY* selling points is that it doesn't make any(much) sound. DON'T CALL IT SONIC YOU POINTLESS SYPHILITIC COCKSUCKERS.

Hey dipshit, did you know that a lot of women don't masturbate regularly, or even at all? And that has been going on for a long time in modern society where women's needs are ignored and repressed. Back in the day (1860's) there was a term for this. Women would be diagnosed with "hysteria" and end up at a doctor's office to have their DOCTORS masturbate them for WELLNESS and HEALTH REASONS. It's where the term "hysterical" comes from. Maybe if you knew anything about the history of female sexuality, you'd understand there's a bigger purpose to orgasming, so yes there IS something else to it. Women become clinically hysterical and depressed when men don't know how to please them and neglect their sexual needs. You are clearly one of those idiots. Wiki it, ya fuckin noob.

Pretty sure women don't go crazy if they don't orgasm for a while...

  • just1nw

It's not so much "going crazy" as it was the male-dominated medical world classifying pretty much anything a woman did (non-cooking-or-cleaning related naturally) as a symptom of Female Hysteria. Is she nervous? Female hysteria! Is she argumentative? Female Hysteria! Is she causing trouble? Definitely female hysteria! More modern treatments included vibrators or water massages (people tend to relax after getting off, though it's probably a different story if it was done forcefully in a physician's office).

  • EdgarAllenPwn

Yes, I know this, but "Jack" seems to think that their reasoning was legitimate and that the women that they treated really were crazy bc they didn't masturbate and that this hysteria is a real problem that all women face when they aren't properly plesured by men (lesbians are a myth?), which i mean lol just lol

  • just1nw

Haha, ahh I understand. Yeah the whole "female hysteria" thing was total bullshit, thankfully not a recognized medical condition anymore.

  • Ana Cristina

Yeah, now we just blame estrogen and progesterone. And no, I'm not sarcastic. These hormones that make us women some kind of crazy, are such little bitches and when their level grows, beware.
I found myself in these situations and try to handle them, but it's not always that easy.
But this, this has almost nothing to do with orgasms but with ovulation and menstrual cycle.

  • EdgarAllenPwn

Men have hormonal cycles as well; their mood swings cycle daily, while ours cycle monthly. Not all women suffer from hormonal mood swings or from PMS, that myth originated from the same "women are crazy" idea that the hysteria diagnosis also originated from.
