Good Time Waster: Silk Interactive Generative Art Site

silk-drawing.jpg

Silk is a website (plus iPhone/iPad app) where you can draw pretty pictures like this one with different colors by changing the symmetry of your brush points and just going to town doodling your little heart out. This piece here I created myself, and is supposed to represent a Phoenix rising from the ashes to live again. It's all about the juxtaposition of life and death and Schrödinger's cat and a bunch of other really heady stuff. Although truthfully I was just trying to draw a penis.

Thanks to v, who actually managed to draw some recognizable pictures and is clearly some kind of hacker.
