Ultra-Impressive Ghostbusters Headquarters In LEGO

February 20, 2013 in ghostbusters, good job, great googly moogly, holy smokes, i ain't afraid of no ghost (I'm f***ing terrified of ghosts they're like the only thing that bother me I can out-crazy a crazy person anyday), LEGO, LEGO pro, LEGOmaniac, skills, who you gonna call? (not me I'm on a prepaid phone and already out of minutes)

This is the very impressive Ghostbusters headquarters recreated in LEGO by LEGO pro Orion Pax (of LEGO Back to the Future DeLorean and Hill Valley fame -- be sure to check out his site for even more of this build and equally impressive others). The detail is out of this world. Also out of this world: ghosts. They like, exist in another dimension or something. I forget, but I heard it on one of those shitty Ghosthunter reality shows where they all run around in the dark scaring each other. Now let's talk about Slimer. When he wasn't a ghost was he like, a LIVING floating ball of slime? Because I'm not sure which is worse. SPOILING FACT: Slimer is actually a "focused, non-terminal repeating phantasm (aka a Class 5 full-roaming vapor) composed entirely of Ectoplasm and was never actually a living thing. Regardless, I'd still hate to share a room with him. Make Egon do it -- he probably gets off on sleeping with ghosts.
