A Tiny 3-D Printed Game Of Thrones Winterfell Castle

February 5, 2013 / 3d printer, as soon as that desktop 3d printer that was on kickstarter comes out i think i'm going to get one and start manufacturing my own sex toys, castle, game of thrones, i always wanted to live in a castle i don't care if they're drafty i'll just light a f***ing ton of fires all over the place, it's precious!, little, teensy, tiny

This is a little Winterfell castle that was 3-D printed using a MakerBot and a digital model file created using screencaps from the show's opening. If you have your own MakerBot 3-D printer you can head to the project page and download the file yourself and start printing these things off and selling them on Etsy. "I was thinking the same thing." I know you were -- great minds think alike. "Are you insinuating that--" My cat wrote this post? Yes. He can open the refrigerator and answer the phone too. I've been trying to get him to take the MENSA test but every time I finally get the pencil in his paw he thinks its time to lick his @$$hole.

    I've never understood Winterfell's design on the show. This is a fortress that exists in a part of that world where winter arrives early and snow is deep and very heavy. Why on earth would they design their buildings to have flat roofs? The weight of the snow would collapse them.
    Just a bizarre lapse in logic.

    Jesus you people are lazy. Claiming with absolute certainty that it isn't tiny, and that the whole point of this was to be deceptive by taking the picture with a tilt/shift lens? Dear god...people just look for any opportunity to insult and try to look like they know everything...

  • you didn't say the size of this. i'm curious. if you'd put a hand in with the picture, that would give relative size. or put your cat's paw in there.
